• New customers must order two nursery products (seed, seedlings, or both).
• To ensure plant material is being used for a conservation based project you must describe the project at checkout (in your cart, lower left side).

The Montana Conservation Seedling Nursery (MCSN) sells stock strictly for conservation plantings (including restoration and reclamation) and cannot be used for ornamental plantings, liner material, or re-selling. To buy plants for ornamental landscaping, please visit your local nursery/ garden center.

• All seed sales are final. Seeds are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Seedling orders must be inspected by the purchaser upon receiving the order. Any delivery discrepancies, shortages, damage, or non-viable seedlings must be reported to the nursery within seven (7) days of receipt.
• Payment for all annual sale orders is due upon receipt.
• Orders are non-cancelable after April 1. The full order balance remains due and payable regardless of delivery, acceptance, or use of the seeds or seedlings.
