Natural Habitat: Found in open woodlands, riparian zones, grasslands, and along streambanks and hillsides. It is often associated with dry, sandy, or gravelly soils.
Foliage: Silvery-gray, narrow, lance-shaped leaves covered with a fine, scaly texture, giving them a shimmering appearance.
